All shipping is done by the United States Postal Service and is the buyer’s responsibility (unless a private courier delivery service is requested.) There are various postal options for sending your clutch. As USPS frequently changes its shipping prices, please contact me with your preferred shipping option(s) and I will get back to you with prices and the approximate time shipping will take.
The clutches and handbags are shipped flat in a padded envelope or in a padded box.
Any duty, taxes or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that I am unfamiliar with what these charges might be to your country.
Because the shipping is done via the public mail system, this insured service requires patience for the recovery of any lost or damaged goods. USPS generally requires a few weeks elapsed from date of mailing before it can open a file to begin the claim. I am unable to provide refunds until the insurance claim has been confirmed.
If you receive the package in damaged condition, before opening please take photos of all sides of the package, and once opened, of the clutch itself. This will assist in procuring the insurance coverage. Some patience will be required as USPS requires a certain amount of time to process claims.
